Cowsmo Green Potting Mix is designed for use as a seed starting media. It is meant especially for starting plants in small containers that will then be transplanted into larger containers or into the ground. The Green Mix is also ideal for soil blocking, because it contains materials that hold together well after they are stamped into blocks.
The ingredients in our Green Potting Mix include: Peat, Cowsmo Compost, perlite, rock phosphate, meat and bone meal, and kelp, which are all sourced from Wisconsin and Minnesota, and mixed and packaged on-site.
